3. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. We maintain transparent pricing. Refund policies, if applicable, are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the work already completed.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, designs, and strategies created by Yatharth Digital Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, rights are transferred as specified in the service contract.
